Funded learning -
Working in conjunction with The Skills Company in Manchester and Blackburn College you can specialise in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration at level 2 (6187-01 or 6187-02). At level 3 you specialise again, in either service and maintenance or installation in your chosen field (6187-03, 6187-04, 6187-05, 6187-06). Typically level 2 will take 18 - 24 months to complete and level 3 will take approximately 12 months.

Not eligible for funding?
No problem! We have organised staged payment plans to make this training accessible even without government help.

Not local?
Nor are many of our other trainees. Coming from all over NW England, the NE, Scotland and the Isle of Man for example, block learning sessions and a good range of local hotels (or accommodating relatives) mean that training is possible wherever you're based.

Why us?
We can't guarantee 100% pass rate every year (although it's usually well over 90%) but we can guarantee that you will receive the support and training to ensure success isn't just left to chance. Our 'different way of learning' includes:

• Block learning, not day release
• Good hand outs/course notes/guidance - your portfolio develops as you do
• Everyone takes their City and Guilds 2079 "F Gas" qualification
• Technical units are delivered by time served RAC/Electrical engineers
• We have regular finalists in the annual RAC Cooling Industry Student of the Year and ACR Trainee of the Year competitions
• Open to all ages
• You don't have to have taken your level 2 with us to join us for level 3.
