A massive congratulations to our 5 finalists who won Gold, Silver and Bronze in the ACR Trainee of the Year Awards 2023!

This year saw the ACR & Heat Pump Trainee of the Year Awards return with new categories and we’re extremely proud of our apprentices who had a great success in both the service and installation engineer awards.

ACR SERVICE ENGINEER

Gold: Lewis Cook - formerly Allcool NW
Bronze: Harry Gallagher - ACME Facilities Group

ACR INSTALLATION ENGINEER

Gold: Harvey Talarczyk - Allcool NW
Silver: Adam Tweedle - Demeva Refrigeration
Bronze: Mckenzie Firth - LAC AC

The competition as ever was extremely high, so a huge well done to all the finalists, especially Harvey and Lewis who received Gold. It’s an amazing achievement and all the apprentices have set extremely high standards.
