Please find listed below our standard terms and conditions.
• Fees include all refreshments, lunch, course documentation and practical materials. They do not include accommodation, breakfast or evening meal.

• A 25% deposit must be included with the booking form. The remaining balance (including VAT) must be sent to arrive no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.

• Cheques should be made payable to the Practical Refrigeration Training Centre Limited. Most credit cards and BACS payments can also be accepted.

• Delegates will receive written confirmation of booking, joining instructions and venue details by return.

• Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before the start of the course will be subject to an administration charge of 25%. After this period, any cancellation will render the full fee to be payable unless the delegate or delegate's company can nominate a substitute. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to commencement of the course.

• PRTC reserve the right to make changes to the programme or to cancel any course. This is extremely rare and in the unlikely event of this happening then a full refund will be made.
