Under 'F Gas' by 2011 a recognised refrigerant handlng qualification will be required for anyone handling refrigerants on mobile air conditioning systems as well and the City and Guilds 5101 Unit 1 (5101-04-301) has now been introduced to provide this. |
Objective
To provide the skills and underpinning knowledge to enable technicians in the automotive air conditioning industry to handle refrigerants on mobile air conditioniing systems and achieve their City and Guilds 5101-04-301 certificate. |
Methodology
The topics will be covered with emphasis on practical work from the delegate. Basic theory will be demonstrated using a visual air conditioning system. Theoretical work will be assisted by the use of good quality visual aids and discussions sessions. |
